Add, correct, or remove a listing
Whether you're adding a business, fixing something we got wrong, or asking to be taken off entirely — it's the same email address and it costs nothing.
Adding a business
Send the following to [email protected]. Anything you leave out we'll either find ourselves or leave blank — we won't guess.
- Business name, as you'd want it printed
- What you do, in a sentence
- Street address, or the towns you serve if you don't have a storefront
- Phone, email, website
- Hours, if you keep regular ones
- Social accounts you actually maintain
It has to be a real business operating in or serving the Tri-Lakes — Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, Gleneagle, King's Deer or Black Forest.
Fixing something
Tell us what's wrong and what it should say. You don't need to prove you own the business to correct an obvious error like a dead phone number. For bigger changes — rewriting the description, changing categories — we'll want to confirm you're connected to the business, usually with a reply from an address on its domain.
Getting removed
Ask, and it's done. No retention period, no exit interview, no attempt to talk you out of it. Everything here was compiled from public sources rather than volunteered, so opting out is the least we can offer.
Submitting an event
The calendar is pulled automatically from the towns, districts and local sources, so most public events arrive on their own. If yours isn't showing up, send the name, date, time, location and a link.
What happens next
A person reads it — there's no queue and no ticketing system. New listings are checked against the business's own website or phone before they publish, which usually means a day or two rather than an hour. The date on your listing is the date we checked it.
